This is the best gingerbread cake I have ever eaten. It's very moist and is especially good when served piping hot!

Ingredients

1/2c butter
1/2c sugar
1 egg
3/4c dark molasses
1c sour milk (1c milk with 1T lemon or vinegar mixed in)
2 1/4c flour
1tsp baking soda
1/2tsp salt
1tsp ginger
1tsp cinnamon
